At the same time, participants will learn coaching techniques that will help them interact more effectively with students and the class as a whole. The program is composed of hands-on workshops that will include a variety of activities that teachers will use in the classroom. The programme includes self-reflection, an active exchange of ideas and sharing experiences with colleagues. In addition, each participant will set a personal goal.
