About course
We offer a weekly series of interactive workshops tailored to address the specific challenges of teaching advanced C1 level and above students. Our objective is to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to create dynamic and engaging activities that elevate their students’ language proficiency to new heights. Our workshops will emphasize vocabulary acquisition, writing, and presentation skills, as selecting the appropriate words within a given context is key to achieving native-like level of foreign language. Utilizing a learner-centered approach, we will explore a diverse range of teaching methodologies and materials, facilitating the exchange of ideas and best practices for engaging advanced learners and immersing them in English language acquisition.
Who is the course for
This course is not solely intended for English teachers but is suitable for all language educators instructing advanced students at the C1 level and beyond. If you instruct students who possess a strong foundation in grammar, have completed several textbooks, and are already proficient in a foreign language, or if you are seeking novel and innovative techniques to keep them motivated and continually advancing their language abilities, then this course is an ideal fit for you.

- We will guide you in selecting the most effective language resources and techniques that will drive improvement among advanced learners.
- Together, we will craft dynamic activities that are suitable for an advanced language level and facilitate the development of all language skills, with a particular focus on speaking and writing.
- You will learn how to integrate authentic materials into your lessons to enhance the learning experience, given that the English language surrounds us.
- Additionally, we will work together to sharpen your creative skills in using textbooks while exploring alternative resources that can effectively substitute them
